after just ONE call with Monique, the owner of Motiv8 Dance Movement, i knew i wanted to work with them through danZING.
i absolutely love how intentional Monique and her faculty are about instilling work ethic and a growth mindset in their dancers, while still encouraging them to pursue whatever opportunities excite them—whether that’s content, performances, competitions, or something completely different.
they’re also incredibly intentional about making team selection and competition opportunities feel fair and unbiased, while creating a community where dancers genuinely support and root for each other.
because at the end of the day, dance IS community, and i love that motivate really understands that.
